Refund Policy


Approved refunds are processed between 24-48 hours once we receive your package and up to 10 business days for all returns that require inspection. Store credit will be processed once your package has been delivered back to us and inspected. If you wish to have it refunded back to your account, please inform our team ASAP. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed if tags and accessories such as ring box, and original packaging materials including additional items sent (free jewelry if any) are missing. A higher restocking fee will be assessed if you misrepresent the condition of the item being returned to us. The final fee will be determined based on the condition of your item. 

How long the refund will take to show back as a credit on your bank statement varies depending on who you bank with (typically 5-7 business days). 

If you return an item to us without our approval (mask, eye mask, personalized items, custom-made jewelry), you won't be refunded as these items cannot be returned nor exchanged.  

Please take a photo of the item/s you want to return for approval. An RMA# will be generated once it meets our return policy. A prepaid shipping label will only be given for all returns that meet our policy. 

Return Address
We have a designated return address in New Jersey for items that need inspection. Do not return your package using the shipping address on your label. Please contact our team for the shipping instructions.

Refundable items
All purchases EXCEPT the products listed below can be returned for a refund or a store credit within 30 days from the delivery date.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns nor qualify for refunds. So make sure you are 110% sure of the design and size you want before hitting the checkout button. If the error is made by us, we will send you the correct order asap or issue a refund. You keep the item unless an inspection is needed.

For approved returns of custom-made and made-to-order jewelry, a non-refundable restocking fee of 35% (higher for solid gold) of the purchase price will apply, this fee covers shipping and some production costs. These items are personal and made especially for you so finding another shopper to buy them would be impossible.

All jewelry that has been altered, modified, or with faded plating are not qualified for a refund. Silver jewelry with faded plating can only be returned within 30 days for professional service or replacement. The customer will be responsible for the back and forth shipping fee.

The card I used is now inactive or no longer in use.
Refunds can only be made using the original card used/payment method. Once refund is completed, please call your bank. Most banks send a check to your address.
